（1）立柱、吊支架和托臂所用鋼材應平直，無扭曲。下料后長短偏差應在5mm范圍內(nèi)，切口處應無卷邊、毛刺。

(1) The steel used for columns, suspension brackets, and support arms should be straight and free from distortion. After cutting, the length deviation should be within 5mm, and there should be no curling or burrs at the incision.

（2）立柱、吊支架和托臂應安裝牢固，無顯著變形，焊縫均勻平整，焊縫長度應符合要求，不得出現(xiàn)裂紋、咬邊、氣孔、凹陷、漏焊、焊漏等缺陷，焊后應做好防腐處理。
