1、使用壽命長，生產(chǎn)工業(yè)化程度高，質量穩(wěn)定。因此廣泛應用于受大氣腐蝕嚴重、維護困難的室外環(huán)境。

2、過程不同。熱鍍鋅電纜橋架采用冷軋鋼制作，除銹后浸入600的高溫鋅液中，使橋架表面附著鋅層。5mm薄板厚度不小于65m，5mm及以上厚度不小于86m m，相當于給整個橋架貼上了一層保護膜，所以其熱浸鍍鋅具有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能。對于化工廠、沿海等腐蝕性場所，維護量減少，成本降低。

3、熱鍍鋅板電纜橋架采用熱鍍鋅板(鋅層只有25m)，后期沒有防腐處理。梯型電纜橋架與熱鍍鋅電纜橋架相比，外形美觀，但未進行防腐處理。所以不能在室外、化工廠、海邊等有腐蝕性的地方使用。并不是所有的熱鍍鋅都是熱鍍鋅板和電纜橋架，這取決于他的加工工藝。
3. Hot galvanized sheet cable tray is made of hot galvanized sheet (the zinc layer is only 25m), and there is no anti-corrosion treatment in the later stage. Compared with hot-dip galvanized cable tray, ladder type cable tray has beautiful appearance, but no anti-corrosion treatment is carried out. Therefore, it cannot be used outdoors, in chemical plants, at seaside and other corrosive places. Not all hot-dip galvanizing is hot-dip galvanized sheet and cable tray, which depends on his processing technology.

4.
