電纜橋架，簡而言之是安裝在建筑物外露天的橋架，全部零件均需進(jìn)行鍍鋅處理。一共可分為槽式、托盤式和梯架式、網(wǎng)格式等結(jié)構(gòu)，由支架、托臂和安裝附件等組成。

電纜橋架大致地可分為以下五類

槽式電纜橋架屬于全封閉型電纜橋架，該種電纜橋架能夠被廣泛適用于敷設(shè)計算機(jī)電纜、熱電偶電纜及其他高靈敏系統(tǒng)的控制電纜等，能夠很好地控制電纜的屏蔽干擾，對重腐蝕中環(huán)境電纜的防護(hù)起到了很好的作用與效果。

2、梯級式電纜橋架

T型梯級式電纜橋架適用于直徑較大電纜的敷設(shè)，能夠同時適用于高、低壓動力電纜的敷設(shè)，是根據(jù)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)資料而改進(jìn)設(shè)計的，該類型的電纜橋架具有重量輕、成本低、散熱、透氣好等特性。

T-type stepped cable tray is applicable to the laying of cables with large diameter and can be applied to the laying of high and low voltage power cables at the same time. 3、大跨距電纜橋架

該種大跨距電纜橋架一般是由拉擠玻璃鋼型材組裝而成，能夠適用于電力電纜、控制電纜、照明電纜及配件等。比鐵制橋架的使用壽命長并且安裝方便，成本低，不僅擁有切割方便，而且基本不需要維護(hù)。

該種電纜橋架是一電纜橋架系列中的二代產(chǎn)品，能夠廣泛地適用各項工程、各種單位、各種電纜的敷設(shè)。組合式電纜橋架只需生產(chǎn)彎通、三通等配件便能夠根據(jù)現(xiàn)場安裝任意轉(zhuǎn)向、變寬、分引上、引下。在任意部位、不需要打孔、焊接就可用管引出。既方便生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸、又方便安裝施工，是電纜橋架中理想的產(chǎn)品。

該電纜橋架是石油、化工、輕工等方面應(yīng)用廣泛的一種，具有很強(qiáng)的共同性，該種電纜橋架不僅僅適用于動力電纜的安裝，同時也能夠適合于控制電纜的敷設(shè)。

1、需屏蔽電氣干擾的電纜網(wǎng)路或有防護(hù)外部（如：有腐蝕液休，易燃粉塵等環(huán)境）影響的要求時，應(yīng)選用（FB）類槽式復(fù)合型防腐屏蔽電纜橋架（帶蓋）

1. When the cable network that needs to shield electrical interference or there are requirements to protect the impact of external (such as corrosive liquid, flammable dust and other environments), the (FB) grooved composite anti-corrosion shielded cable bridge (with cover) shall be selected

2、強(qiáng)腐蝕性環(huán)境應(yīng)采用（F）類復(fù)合環(huán)氧樹脂防腐阻燃型電纜橋架。托臂、支架也要選用同樣材料，提高橋架及附件的使用壽命，電纜橋架。在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環(huán)境或戶外場所宜加蓋板。

2. Class (f) composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray shall be used in highly corrosive environment. The same materials shall be selected for the supporting arm and support to improve the service life of the bridge and accessories and the cable bridge. Cover plate should be added in the environment or outdoor places where ash is easy to accumulate and other places to be covered.

3、除上述情況外，可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場還環(huán)境及技術(shù)要求選用托盤式、槽式、梯級式、玻璃防腐阻燃電纜橋架或鋼質(zhì)普通型橋架。在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環(huán)境或戶外場所宜加蓋板。

In addition to the above conditions, tray type, trough type, step type, glass anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray or steel ordinary cable tray can be selected according to the site environment and technical requirements. Cover plate should be added in the environment or outdoor places where ash is easy to accumulate and other places to be covered.

4、在公共通道或戶外跨越道路段，底層梯級的底部宜加墊板或在該段使用托盤。大跨距跨越公共通道時，可根據(jù)用戶要求提高橋架的載荷能力或選用行架。

4. In the public passage or outdoor crossing road section, the base plate should be added at the bottom of the bottom step or the pallet should be used in this section. When crossing a public passage with a long span, the load capacity of the bridge can be improved or the traveling frame can be selected according to the user's requirements.

5、大跨距（>3m）要選用復(fù)合型橋架（FB）。

6、戶外要選用復(fù)合環(huán)氧樹指橋架（F）。
