一、規(guī)格的選擇
1、 Selection of specifications
1、橋架的寬度和高度就按公認(rèn)的表格選擇,并應(yīng)符合電纜填充率不超過有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的規(guī)定值,動(dòng)力電纜可取40-50%,控制電纜可取50-70%,另外需予留10-25%的式程可供發(fā)展余量。

二、支、吊架的配置選擇

1、戶內(nèi)支、吊短跨距一般采取1.5-3m。戶外立柱中跨距一般采取6m。
1. The short span of indoor support and hoisting is generally 1.5-3m. The middle span of outdoor column is generally 6m.
2、非直線段的支、吊架配置就遵循以下原則:當(dāng)玻璃鋼電纜橋架寬度<300mm時(shí),應(yīng)在距非直線段與直線結(jié)合處300-600m的直線段側(cè)設(shè)置一個(gè)支、吊架。當(dāng)玻璃鋼電纜橋架寬度>300mm時(shí),除符合相關(guān)條件外,在非直線段中部還應(yīng)增設(shè)一個(gè)支、吊架。
2. The support and hanger configuration of non-linear section shall follow the following principles: when the width of FRP cable tray is less than 300 mm, a support and hanger shall be set at the side of the straight section 300-600 m away from the joint of non-linear section and straight line. When the width of FRP cable tray is more than 300 mm, in addition to meeting the relevant conditions, a support and hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section.
3、橋架多層設(shè)置時(shí)層間距為200,250,300,350mm。

4、橋架直線段每隔50m應(yīng)予留伸縮縫20-30mm(金屬橋架)。
