2025年電纜橋架型式及品種的選擇
1、室內(nèi)環(huán)境
1. Indoor environment
①. 一般可選擇鋼質(zhì)或鋁質(zhì)普通型橋架,槽式或托盤(pán)式結(jié)構(gòu)均可。
①. Generally, steel or aluminum ordinary cable trays can be selected, and groove or tray structures are both acceptable.
②. 如需美觀,可以選擇裝飾型鋼橋架。
②. For aesthetics, decorative steel bridge frames can be chosen.
③. 公共場(chǎng)所大跨距(>3米)情況下,應(yīng)選用承重能力較強(qiáng)的復(fù)合型橋架。

2、腐蝕環(huán)境
2. Corrosive environment
①. 應(yīng)優(yōu)先選擇玻璃鋼、環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂或熱浸鍍鋅處理的鋼質(zhì)橋架。避免使用普通鋼質(zhì)。
①. Steel cable trays treated with fiberglass, epoxy resin, or hot-dip galvanizing should be given priority. Avoid using ordinary steel.
②. 橋架附件也應(yīng)采用相應(yīng)防腐材料。
②. The accessories of the bridge should also use corresponding anti-corrosion materials.
③. 戶(hù)外腐蝕環(huán)境嚴(yán)重的,必須選用復(fù)合型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂橋架或經(jīng)熱浸鋅處理的鋼質(zhì)型材。
③. For outdoor environments with severe corrosion, composite epoxy resin cable trays or hot-dip galvanized steel profiles must be selected.
④. 熱浸鍍鋅處理可以提高鋼質(zhì)橋架的抗腐蝕能力,適用于中等腐蝕環(huán)境。但在強(qiáng)腐蝕條件下,仍應(yīng)優(yōu)先使用玻璃鋼或環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂材質(zhì)。
④. Hot dip galvanizing treatment can improve the corrosion resistance of steel cable trays and is suitable for moderate corrosive environments. However, under strong corrosive conditions, fiberglass or epoxy resin materials should still be prioritized for use.
⑤. 腐蝕環(huán)境下不建議使用普通冷軋鋼板或烤漆處理的橋架。

3、火災(zāi)高危環(huán)境
3. High risk fire environment
①. 應(yīng)選用阻燃型橋架,如環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂或玻璃鋼材質(zhì)。
①. Flame retardant cable trays, such as epoxy resin or fiberglass material, should be selected.
②. 避免使用普通鋼質(zhì)或鋁質(zhì)橋架。

③. 大跨距情況下,阻燃等級(jí)高的復(fù)合型橋架。

4、室外環(huán)境

①. 宜密封蓋板的復(fù)合型橋架,如玻璃鋼、鋼管套型等。這可以提供輕量化及優(yōu)異的抗腐蝕性能。
①. It is advisable to choose composite cable trays with sealed cover plates, such as fiberglass and steel pipe sleeve types. This can provide lightweight and excellent corrosion resistance.
②. 也可以選擇經(jīng)過(guò)熱浸鋅處理的鋼質(zhì)開(kāi)口型或封閉型橋架。熱浸鋅可提高橋架抗腐蝕性。但長(zhǎng)期暴露在外仍需注意維護(hù)。
