01 電纜橋架簡介

　　01 Introduction to Cable Tray

　　電纜橋架作為布線工程的一個配套項目，目前尚無專門的規(guī)范指導，每個生產(chǎn)廠家的規(guī)格程式缺乏通用性，因此，設計選型過程應根據(jù)弱電各個系統(tǒng)纜線的類型、數(shù)量，合理選定適用的橋架?？梢元毩⒓茉O,也可以敷設在各種建(構)筑物和管廊支架上，體現(xiàn)結構簡單、造型美觀、配置靈活和維修方便等特點，全部零件均需進行鍍鋅處理，安裝在建筑物外露天的橋架，如果是在鄰近海邊或?qū)儆诟g區(qū)，則材質(zhì)必須具有防腐、耐潮氣、附著力好，耐沖擊強度高的物性特點。

　　As a supporting project of wiring engineering, there is currently no specialized specification guidance for cable trays, and the specifications and programs of each manufacturer lack universality. Therefore, the design and selection process should be based on the type and quantity of cables in various weak current systems, and the appropriate cable tray should be selected reasonably. It can be independently erected or laid on various buildings and pipe gallery supports, reflecting the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration, and easy maintenance. All parts need to be galvanized and installed on the bridge outside the building. If it is near the seaside or in a corrosive area, the material must have physical properties such as anti-corrosion, moisture resistance, good adhesion, and high impact strength.

　　電纜橋架是一款為保護電纜而衍生的產(chǎn)品，是電纜的保護殼，防止電纜受到外界因素的損壞。主要由支架、托臂和安裝附件組成，橋架主要類型可以分為梯式橋架、無孔托盤式橋架（槽式橋架）、有孔托盤式橋架（托盤式電纜橋架）、大跨距電纜橋架等。
