電纜橋架選擇要注意些什么?

1、電纜橋架材質(zhì)選擇

電纜橋架工程設(shè)計(jì)常見的問題就是電纜橋架如何按照材料劃分,一般分為玻璃鋼、鋼制和鋁合金這幾種。而玻璃鋼的電纜橋架的質(zhì)量較輕,耐腐蝕性和耐水性好,適合于化工廠使用。質(zhì)地不易燃燒,使用壽命長(zhǎng),一般設(shè)計(jì)壽命在20年左右,但方面比鋼制電纜橋架高3倍左右。施工的也非常方便,切割性強(qiáng)、容易組裝、安裝無需動(dòng)火,對(duì)于化工廠這樣的工程非常實(shí)用。鋁合金電纜橋架也比較輕,荷載特性均與鋼質(zhì)橋架基本相近。方便也比鍍鋅鋼制電纜橋架要高出20%,但是使用壽命是鋼制電纜橋架的5倍以上。

電纜橋架表面的防腐層主要分為:鍍鋅鎳、冷鍍鋅、熱浸鋅、粉末靜電噴涂等方式。鍍鋅鎳工藝壽命不小于30年,造價(jià)高,也適用于室外重腐蝕環(huán)境;冷鍍鋅工藝壽命不小于12年,造價(jià)一般,適用于室外輕腐蝕環(huán)境;而熱浸鋅工藝壽命不小于40年,造價(jià)高,適用于室外重腐蝕環(huán)境;粉末靜電噴涂工藝壽命不小于12年,一般,比較適用于室內(nèi)常溫干燥環(huán)境。所以,設(shè)計(jì)人員會(huì)根據(jù)工程環(huán)境條件等情況,來合理的選擇電纜橋架表面的防腐層類別,并在會(huì)清晰地表達(dá)在設(shè)計(jì)文件中。
