橋架的連接件在安裝時要注意什么?
橋架在安裝的時候直線階段之間還有彎通變形直通的連接件, 應(yīng)采用橋架制造廠配套的連接件。連接件薄鋼板厚度不應(yīng)小于橋架薄鋼板厚度。接口應(yīng)平整,無扭曲、凸起和凹陷,連接用的半園頭鍍鋅螺栓,半園頭應(yīng)在橋架內(nèi)側(cè),螺栓長度適當(dāng),擰緊之后,露出長度以2~5牙為宜。水平安裝的橋架,其直線段的連接頭,應(yīng)盡量設(shè)在兩個支吊架之間的1/4左右處。

1.一般情況下不在施工現(xiàn)場制作橋架。由于特殊原因必需時,可利用現(xiàn)有的橋架改制非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)彎通和變徑直通。改制和切斷直線段橋架時,均不得用氣、電焊切割,應(yīng)用專用切割工具。改制的橋架必須平整,及時補漆,面漆顏色應(yīng)與其它橋架相近。因為新建建筑物里,橋架安裝一般都在混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程完成數(shù)月甚一年之后進(jìn)行,混凝土收縮逐漸減小。伸縮量一般不會超過建筑物伸縮縫寬L。

2.橋架跨越建筑物的伸縮縫處,按GB50168規(guī)定,應(yīng)設(shè)置伸縮縫,保證橋架及敷設(shè)在橋架內(nèi)的電纜在建筑物伸縮不危及其本身時能自由伸縮,不受損壞。

3.若發(fā)現(xiàn)或從土建單位了解到建筑物伸縮縫較大有可能超過L時,以便于在橋架中留電纜(或電線)的伸縮余量,這個余量應(yīng)大于伸縮縫寬L。應(yīng)按實際做好伸縮處理。要跨越伸縮縫的橋架少一側(cè)有較長的直線段,宜超過30m,或伸縮縫兩側(cè)直線段橋架相加有30m,中間無水平或垂直彎通。
3. At least one side of the bridge to cross the Expansion joint has a long straight section, which should exceed 30m, or the straight section bridges on both sides of the Expansion joint add up to 30m, and there is no horizontal or vertical bend in the middle.
