3、橋架與各種管道的小凈距：橋架與一般工藝管道平行架設(shè)時(shí)，間距不應(yīng)小于400mm；電纜橋架與熱力管道平行架設(shè)時(shí)，其間距當(dāng)熱力管道有保溫層時(shí)不小于500mm，無保溫層時(shí)，不應(yīng)小于1000mm。橋架與一般工藝管道交叉時(shí)，凈距不應(yīng)小于300mm，橋架在管道下方安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)使用隔熱板保護(hù)。電纜橋架不宜在熱力管道的上方平行安裝，當(dāng)無法避免需在熱力管道上方平行安裝時(shí)，間距不應(yīng)小于1000mm，其間應(yīng)采取隔熱措施；電纜橋架與熱力管道交叉時(shí)，當(dāng)熱力管道有保溫層時(shí)，交叉距離不應(yīng)小于500mm，無保溫層時(shí)，交叉距離不應(yīng)小于1000mm，且有交叉處應(yīng)用隔熱板(例如石棉板)將電纜橋架保護(hù)起來，隔熱板長度不應(yīng)小于熱力管保溫層外徑加2000mm。

3. The length of the heat insulation board shall not be less than the outer diameter of the thermal pipeline insulation layer plus 2000mm.

橋架的保管：橋架暫時(shí)不能安裝時(shí)，其貯存場所宜干燥、有遮蓋、有良好的通風(fēng)環(huán)境，應(yīng)避免酸、堿、鹽等腐蝕性物質(zhì)的侵蝕。在保存場所一定要分類碼放，不得摔打，層間應(yīng)用適當(dāng)軟墊物隔開，避免高壓，以防變形和防腐層損壞，影響施工和橋架質(zhì)量。在有腐蝕的環(huán)境，還應(yīng)有防腐蝕的措施，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)有變形和防腐層損壞，應(yīng)及時(shí)處理后再存放。
