熱鍍鋅橋架是將防銹處理后的鋼構(gòu)件浸入600℃左右高溫融化的鋅液中,使鋼構(gòu)件表面粘附鋅層,鋅層厚度對5mm以內(nèi)薄板不可低于65μm,對厚板不小于86μm,從而具有耐腐蝕性的目的。作為一種合理有效的金屬防腐方法,熱浸鋅工藝已被普遍用作各行業(yè)的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)施上,耐腐蝕性年限達(dá)到十年以上。

(1)有著偏厚的緊密的純鋅層覆蓋在鋼鐵表面上,它能夠 防止鋼鐵基體與任何的腐蝕溶液的接觸,維護(hù)鋼基體免遭腐蝕。在平??諝庵?,鋅層表面形成一層很薄而密實的氧化鋅層表面,它難以溶于水,故對鋼基體起著一定維護(hù)功能。如果氧化鋅與空氣中其他的成分生成不溶性鋅鹽后,則防蝕功能更理想。
(1) It has a thick and close pure zinc layer covering the steel surface, which can prevent the steel substrate from contacting with any corrosion solution and maintain the steel substrate from corrosion. (5)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件熱鍍鋅后,等同于一次退火處理,能合理有效改進(jìn)鋼基體的機(jī)械性能方面,鋼件成型焊接時的應(yīng)力,有益于對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行車削加工。
