(1)荷載計算:計算索橋干線斷面上單位長度的索重。
(1)Loadcalculation:calculatethecableweightperunitlengthonthemainsectionofthecablebridge.
(2)確定方向:根據(jù)建筑平面布置圖,結(jié)合空調(diào)管道、電氣管道的設(shè)置,維修方便,電纜線路密度,確定電纜橋架的更佳線路。在室內(nèi),應(yīng)盡量沿建筑物的墻、柱、梁、樓板搭設(shè)。如果可以利用綜合管廊架設(shè),應(yīng)在管的一側(cè)或上方平行架設(shè),并考慮引下線和支線盡量避免交叉。如果沒有其他管架可供借用,則需自行設(shè)置(支撐)柱。
(2)Determinethedirection:accordingtothelayoutplanofthebuilding,combinedwiththesettingofairconditioningpipesandelectricalpipes,convenientmaintenance,cablelinedensity,determinethebestlineofcablebridge.Indoors,itshouldbebuiltalongthewall,column,beamandfloorofthebuildingasfaraspossible.Iftheutilitytunnelcanbeusedforerection,itshallbeerectedinparallelononesideorabovethepipe,andthedownleadandbranchlineshallbeconsideredtoavoidcrossingasmuchaspossible.Ifthereisnootherpipesupportavailableforborrowing,itisnecessarytoset(support)thecolumnbyitself.
(3)確定橋梁寬度:根據(jù)鋪設(shè)的電纜數(shù)量、電纜直徑和電纜間距,確定電纜橋架的型號和規(guī)格、支臂長度、支柱長度和間距、橋架的寬度和層數(shù)。
(3)Determinethebridgewidth:accordingtothenumberofcableslaid,cablediameterandcablespacing,determinethemodelandspecificationofthecablebridge,thelengthofthearm,thelengthandspacingofthecolumn,thewidthandnumberoflayersofthebridge.
(4)繪制電纜橋架的平面圖和剖面圖,繪制空間圖,列出部分零件的材料表。

(5)確定安裝方式:根據(jù)場地的設(shè)置條件確定橋梁的固定方式,選擇懸掛式、垂直式、側(cè)墻式或混合式。通常,連接器和緊固件一起提供。另外,根據(jù)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)選擇相應(yīng)的蓋板。

三、當弱電電纜與其它低壓電纜共用橋架時,應(yīng)嚴格選用具有外屏蔽層的弱電系統(tǒng)的弱電電纜,避免相互干擾。
