表面防腐層材料應符合現(xiàn)行有關標準的規(guī)定。
Surface anticorrosive coatings should comply with the relevant national standards.
熱浸鍍鋅的托盤、橋架鍍層表面應均勻,無毛刺、過燒、掛灰、傷痕、局部未鍍鋅(直徑2mm以上)等缺陷,不得有影響安裝的鋅瘤。螺紋的鍍層應光滑,螺栓連接件應能擰入。
Hot-dip galvanized pallet and bridge plating should be uniform, without burrs, burning, hanging ash, scars, local non-galvanized (diameter more than 2 mm) defects, and no galvanoma affecting installation. The plating of the threads should be smooth and the bolted joints should be able to be screwed in.
電鍍鋅的鋅層表面應光滑均勻,致密。不得有起皮、氣泡、花斑、局部未鍍、劃傷等缺陷。
The surface of galvanized zinc coating should be smooth, uniform and compact. No flaws such as peeling, bubbles, spots, partial non-plating, scratches, etc. shall be allowed.
噴涂應平整、光滑、均勻、不起皮、無氣泡水泡。
Spraying should be flat, smooth, uniform, no skin, no bubbles and blisters.
橋架焊縫表面均勻,不得有漏焊、裂紋、夾渣、燒穿、弧坑等缺陷。
The weld surface of the bridge frame is uniform, and there shall be no defects such as welding leakage, cracks, slag inclusion, burning through, arc pits, etc.
橋架螺栓孔徑,在螺桿直徑不大于M16時,可比螺桿直徑大2mm。
The diameter of bolt hole in bridge frame is 2 mm larger than that of bolt when the diameter of bolt is less than M16.
螺栓連接孔的孔距允許偏差:同一組內(nèi)相鄰兩孔間距±0.7mm,同一組內(nèi)任意兩孔間距±1mm;相鄰兩組的端孔間距±1.2mm。
The allowable deviation of the hole spacing of bolt connection holes: the spacing of adjacent two holes in the same group (+0.7 mm), the spacing of any two holes in the same group (+1 mm), and the spacing of end holes in adjacent two groups (+1.2 mm).
