2)采用普通鋼制有蓋托盤,并在其內(nèi)部加封閉的耐火或難燃隔熱板,外表面涂刷不小于0.5mm厚的防火膨脹涂料。個人認(rèn)為實際這兩種方法都達不到要求。若采用隔熱板襯墊,則正常運行時電纜散熱不利;若在鋼制電纜橋架表面涂防火涂料,由于鍍層與橋架不構(gòu)成錨地結(jié)構(gòu),附著力較差,且當(dāng)火焰溫度達450℃以上時,鍍鋅層融化,鋅層連同防火涂料整體脫落。因此,確實需要電纜耐火的場所,應(yīng)采用耐火電纜。
