電纜橋架彎頭45上下爬坡彎制作要注意什么
目前電建施工中所使用的電纜橋架彎頭一般是由電纜橋架廠(chǎng)在出廠(chǎng)之前完整加工好的，但是由于施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況各不相同，所以有的項(xiàng)目需要因地制宜現(xiàn)場(chǎng)加工電纜橋架彎頭，這就需要安裝人員有一定的施工基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)才能勝任。 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電纜橋架大致分為主橋架和分支架。主橋架是由設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)圖紙施工；分支架是由主橋架引到就地設(shè)備的電纜支架，沒(méi)有圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況由施工人員來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)的。常用的彎頭種類(lèi)包括：上下跳彎45°、垂直上下彎頭、水平三通等。

1.自制的電纜橋架彎頭、跳彎、三通的連接處，應(yīng)先在內(nèi)側(cè)進(jìn)行點(diǎn)焊固定并把毛刺藥皮打磨干凈，外側(cè)應(yīng)平整，縫隙應(yīng)盡量小且鋸口處平整整齊。
1. The joint of elbow, jump and tee of self-made cable bridge frame should be fixed by spot welding on the inner side and polished with burr coating. The outer side should be smooth, and the gap should be as small as possible and the saw edge should be smooth and neat.
2.電纜橋架彎頭對(duì)接無(wú)錯(cuò)邊，焊接后的對(duì)口處應(yīng)打磨平整、光潔，不應(yīng)有損傷電纜絕緣層的毛刺、銳邊等棱角。

3.在托盤(pán)式電纜橋架內(nèi)加鋼筋時(shí)，采用增加Φ6-8MM圓鋼，內(nèi)、外側(cè)都應(yīng)補(bǔ)刷油漆。刷油漆前，應(yīng)把藥皮，焊渣清理干凈。
